We provide free shipping on all Prepaid orders. Pay online to avoid charges of ₹99 /product applicable on COD orders.

Order Processing: We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 2-3 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time: For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 6- 8 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Return & Refund

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and are accountable for providing you guys with the best-finished goods. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases: If the Customer receives Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we require photographic evidence of the damage. If Wrong Products are Delivered: In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will coordinate the return or exchange process for you. .

packaging should be intact and should be sent along with the product

All replacement/refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received by our team and have cleared the quality check.

The cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
