Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

If the Customer receives Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we may require photographic evidence of the damage.

If Wrong Products are Delivered: In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will coordinate the return or exchange process for you.


Terms & Conditions for Return | Replacement | Exchange

1. After we receive your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the item being faulty/ defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint, we will process your request for return/replacement with regard to the faulty/defective item(s). For eligible items, you must place a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Order replacements will depend on the availability of the ordered item.

3. Items returned by the customers should not be used, washed, altered, tampered with, or soiled. All original packing, tags, labels, manuals, leaflets, warranty/guarantee cards, accessories, freebies, etc., should be intact and placed in the package. The courier will not accept your item in absence of any of these. 

4. Order replacements will depend on the availability of the ordered item.

5. Refund/ Replacement/Exchange will be initiated once we receive the item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.



The Refund will be initiated upon successful pick-up and quality-check as per the Return Policy. The refund amount will reflect in your account within 15 days post-initiation

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our Return/Replacement/Exchange Policy: 

1. Maison Modern's Return/ Replacement/ Exchange Policy is valid on all items except furniture; however, they are only applicable for a limited period, which is 7 days from the day when the order was delivered. Any Return/ Replacement/ Exchange request made a post this duration will not be considered valid.

2.Maison Modern will not be liable for the items returned by mistake. If a different or an extra item is returned by mistake, the company will not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the item and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.

3.All the items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.


Please be aware that natural materials such as wood and marble exhibit inherent characteristics, including but not limited to variations in texture, color, shade, veining, fissures, and pits. It's crucial to understand that these variations are not defects in the finish but rather intrinsic features of the materials.

Both wood and marble are products of nature, and as such, no two pieces are exactly alike. Each marble piece possesses unique natural variations, markings, shadings, and inclusions, influencing factors such as moisture absorption, texture, surface finish, and coefficient of friction. Similarly, wooden items inherently lack uniformity, exhibiting variations in aesthetics (color, shade, finish, etc.) and performance (hardness, strength, slip resistance, etc.).

Furthermore, the combination of the nature of these materials and the handmade crafting process results in the creation of pieces with distinct aesthetics that may accentuate the raw qualities of the materials. Therefore, it is important to note that such differences in appearance are not considered valid reasons for exchange or return.
